How to make auto insurance company pay for claim?
My wife was turning left into a parking lot across on a two-lane road. A vehicle trying to pass three cars, she was driving the middle car, speed into her path and she hit it. It was passing in the lane used by oncoming traffic. The lane had dashes, so it was technically a passing lane. His auto company rejected the claim and says my wife should have looked better and the accident would not have happened. The police report says the accident was caused by unsafe passing. A witness said the car was “zooming” down the road unsafely. How can we make them pay? Everything seems to be in our favor, but they refused.
